Change starts with the community. In many of our project villages, local women have stepped forward to lead after-school learning circles. These 'Village Learning Circles' provide a safe space for children to complete their homework and engage in creative activities. The impact has been remarkable: school attendance has increased by 30%, and children are showing greater confidence in their communication skills.
